BATH -- Forrest Chadwick scored two touchdowns in the second quarter, the second on a 45-yard interception return as time ran out, to lift Gardiner to a 20-13 win over Morse in a Pine Tree Conference Class B football semifinal on Friday.

No. 3 Gardiner improves to 8-2 and advances to play No. 1 Leavitt in the conference championship game next week. No. 2 Morse ends the season at 7-3.

Everett Moye scored on a 51-yad pass from Mike Walton in in the first quarter to give Morse a 6-0 lead. Chadwick scored on a 4-yard run and then on the inteception return to give Gardiner a 13-0 lead at the half.

Chadwick added a 28-yard run in the third quarter for Gardiner.
