These aerial photos taken Wednesday morning show the flooding in Hallowell and the mile-long ice jam just north of the Pearl Harbor Remembrance Bridge
between Gardiner and Randolph. The jam has caused flooding there and
in downtown Augusta. The water is not expected to recede until 11 p.m. Wednesday.
