Let the grass be your mat and the sun be your overhead lights. On second though, bring a mat or blanket. That dewy grass is slippery and sticks to everything. There's only a week left in the am-yoga schedule. And Thursdays with Keita are ideal for beginners. I have the stretching capacity of a brick, so the gentle yoga session suited my abilities. My only trouble had to do with the sun - you know, being so pretty and distracting at all.
